IMPOSTERS USING PREMIER DAVID MAKHURA’S NAME TO EXTORT MONEY

The Gauteng Office of the Premier has noted the continuous, untoward behaviour by imposters who use Premier David Makhura’s name on social media platforms to siphon money from the public.

We appeal to social media users, and all those who receive these messages to be extra cautious, noting that Premier Makhura will not, under any circumstances, make such requests from anyone.

Let us all use social media platforms responsibly and desist from any criminal activity in our names and those of other persons.
