SELECTED DSTV CHANNELS NOW AVAILABLE FOR FREE

In response to the global outbreak of the Covid-virus, Multichoice’s DStv Now has added a new way for South Africans to get free access to its news channels.

DStv Now has made the following 24-hour news channels available on its platform: BBC World, CNN, eNCA, SABC News, Newzroom Afrika, and Euronews Now. The channels are accessible even to people who don’t have a DStv subscription in South Africa. Apart from the news channels, this free service also has the following channels available to watch: Channel O, PBS (for the kids), SuperSport Play, and TBN.

DStv Now is the online version of DStv and can be accessed via smartphone, tablet, laptop, computer, smart TV or Xbox.

Subscribers can access all the DStv bouquets they are subscribed to online for free, but what many don’t know is there a section available on DStv Now that is totally free and available to everyone – even those that don’t have a subscription.

In addition, episodes of some of South Africa’s best-loved soapies are also available for free.
